Company overview

Yunhe Waffle Games Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of custom cornhole boards and wooden yard games. Since 2015 we have built OEM and ODM programmes for more than 50 brands across the US, Europe and Australia — retailers, rental companies, breweries and event brands. We run our own 5,000 sqm factory in Yunhe, Zhejiang, take orders from 100 sets, and ship FOB Ningbo or DDP to your warehouse.

5,000 sqm in Yunhe, Zhejiang, the wooden toy cluster that supplies much of the world’s backyard game market. Five CNC routers hold tolerance to 0.1 mm. Three UV direct print lines run the artwork. Every deck is hand sanded and varnished before it ships.

Built for the season, not for the shelf

These boards live outdoors from the first warm weekend to the last. That is why the deck is cabinet grade plywood rather than particle board, why the print goes into the fibre instead of onto a sticker, and why the varnish is laid on in layers.

What US buyers ask first

What is the minimum order for custom cornhole boards?
Simple custom, meaning your logo on a standard board, starts at 100 sets – including your own artwork, custom packaging and PMS matched colour. Quantity breaks apply on larger runs.
Can you ship DDP to an Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes. We quote FOB Ningbo or DDP to your door. For FBA we apply FNSKU labels, poly bag as required and print compliance carton marks, so the shipment can travel straight to the fulfilment centre without repacking.
What are your payment terms?
30 percent deposit with the order, 70 percent against the bill of lading. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.
How long does a first order take?
Samples ship in 3 to 7 days. Production runs 25 to 40 days after artwork sign off, plus ocean transit. Peak season from August onward books out early, so confirm your slot before summer.
Which woods do you use?
Cabinet grade birch plywood is standard for cornhole decks at 18 mm, with 12 mm for lighter retail sets. Solid pine, beech and black walnut are available for yard game pieces. FSC certified stock is available on request.
Do you supply the test reports my importer needs?
Yes. We hold ASTM F963-23, CPSIA and California Prop 65 reports from a CPSC-accepted laboratory, Lab ID 1651. For US imports we also supply the seven data points required for CPSC eFiling: product ID, citation codes, production date, production location, test date, testing laboratory and compliance contact.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Buyers and third party auditors are welcome at the Yunhe plant, and we can host a live video walkthrough of the CNC, printing and packing areas on request.
