Waffle Games is a cornhole board manufacturer and factory in Yunhe, Zhejiang, China’s wooden-toy manufacturing cluster. We run our own 5,000 m² plant with industrial CNC routers holding ±0.1 mm, a 5-step UV printing line and hand-sanded polyurethane finishing, and supply wholesale and private label programmes with a 100-set minimum order (MOQ), including your own artwork and packaging. Structural parts are cabinet-grade plywood or solid wood, never particle board. Product testing to ASTM F963-23 and CPSIA is arranged at a CPSC-accepted lab (Lab ID 1651), and the plant is SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar audited.

Cornhole boards
Regulation 4 × 2 ft and tailgate sizes in birch or solid wood, unfinished or UV printed.

6 × 6 in duck canvas with resin, corn or synthetic fill, supplied in bulk packs of four.

Materials: what the board is actually made of
This is where cheap boards fail, they warp, chip at the edges, or lose their bounce after one season. It is also the first thing a serious buyer asks about.
- Cabinet-grade plywood and solid wood for structural parts. No particle board.
- Wood options: pine (economy), birch (tournament grade), beech (heavy duty), black walnut (premium).
- Panel thickness from 1/2 in to 3/4 in, matched to how the board will be used.
- FSC-certified timber available on request if your buyers or retailers require it.
- Low-formaldehyde panels, our MDF panel supplier reports 0.078 ppm against the 0.11 ppm CARB Phase 2 / EPA TSCA Title VI limit.
Cutting and engineering
Consistency is what tournament players pay for. Two boards from the same run have to play the same, and the tenth order has to match the first.
Digital precision, ±0.1 mm
CNC routers cut every panel from the same digital file, so hole position, angle and board outline stay identical across the run, no drift between the first board and the last.
Surface texture control
We select and orient grain so it takes UV ink cleanly, and tune the surface so bags grip when they land and slide when they should.
R3 roundover edges
Edges are machine-routed to an R3 radius. It is not cosmetic: a rounded edge stops bags bursting on impact and keeps the frame from chipping in transit.
Printing and finishing
Graphics are printed into the wood, then sealed under a hand-finished coat, the two steps that separate a display piece from equipment that lasts.
- Direct-to-wood UV printing. Industrial UV ink is cured into the fibre, so there is no vinyl edge to lift or peel.
- Fade and chip resistant on the sun-exposed playing surface.
- Multiple polyurethane coats with hand sanding between layers for the consistent slide players expect.
- Weather-resistant enough for outdoor seasonal use, not just an indoor display.
Inspection and packing
Machines cut the board; people decide whether it ships. Shipping damage is the most expensive failure in this business, so we inspect everything and over-engineer the packaging.

- Weight and balance check for tournament-grade play stability.
- Double-wall cartons with high-density foam corners to absorb impact.
