Wood grade
Structural parts are cabinet-grade plywood or solid wood, never particle board. Choose pine for economy, birch for tournament grade, beech for heavy-duty, or black walnut for premium lines. FSC-certified sources available.
Size & shape
Regulation 4 × 2 ft, tailgate 3 × 2 ft, mini tabletop versions or a 4 ft tower. Send a drawing or a sample and we cut to it on CNC routers holding ±0.1 mm.
Your logo
Industrial UV ink printed directly into the wood fibre, not a vinyl sticker, so it will not peel or lift. Laser engraving is available for a burnt-in, permanent mark.
Brand colours
Give us a Pantone code and we match it. Colour is checked against your PMS reference before the run starts, so reorders look the same as the first shipment.
Packaging
Plain export carton or retail-ready: full-colour printed mailer box, foam inserts, FNSKU labels, poly bags, barcodes and compliant carton markings for Amazon and big-box retail.
Finish
Weather-proof clear varnish, classic stains, or a vintage distressed look. Every board gets multiple polyurethane coats, hand-sanded between layers for a consistent slide.

Your artwork, printed into the wood
We print with industrial UV ink straight into the wood fibre and then build the slide surface on top of it. That is the difference between a graphic that survives a season on a patio and one that lifts at the corners after two weeks.
- No peeling. Ink goes into the fibre, so there is no vinyl edge for bags to catch on.
- Fade resistant. Printed for outdoor use, including the sun-exposed top surface.
- Hand finished. Multiple polyurethane coats, sanded between layers, for an even, competitive slide.
- Checked against your reference. Print alignment and colour are inspected board by board.
Packaging that arrives shelf-ready
A private label programme usually stands or falls on what the customer opens. We can take your packaging from a plain carton all the way to a retail unit that goes straight onto a shelf or into an Amazon fulfilment centre.
