Ordering terms for event programmes

Minimum order	100 sets, including your own artwork and packaging. Quantities can be mixed across game lines, so one order can cover several games. Individual product pages list the exact minimum for each item, from 50 to 500 sets.
Artwork and mockup	A free digital mockup with your artwork applied, back in 24 hours. Vector artwork or a logo plus a Pantone reference is all we need to start.
Sampling	Physical sample in 3 to 7 days for a programme that needs sign-off from more than one person. Charged at cost and credited against the bulk order.
Production	25 to 40 days after artwork sign-off. For a fixed event date, tell us the date at enquiry stage and we will confirm whether the schedule holds before you commit.
Shipping	FOB Ningbo or DDP to your warehouse, your event venue or a fulfilment centre. On DDP terms we clear customs and pay the duty.
Payment	30 percent deposit, 70 percent against the bill of lading.
Packaging	Wooden carry crates, printed retail boxes or plain export cartons. Crates can carry your branding along with the game.

Event programme questions

Can a single game be branded with our logo and colours?

Yes. Send a vector logo and a Pantone reference and we return a digital mockup within 24 hours. Boards and blocks are UV printed or laser engraved, and the branding is applied into the timber rather than onto a film, so it holds up to being packed and unpacked at every event.

How many games do we need for an event of 200 people?

With 200 guests, plan on a game zone of six to ten stations so nobody is waiting. We build for the order quantity rather than the guest count, so tell us the station count you want and we will price it. Minimum order is 100 sets, which can be mixed across game lines.

Can you engrave a message, a date or a recipient name?

Yes. Laser engraving is the usual method for gift sets where each piece carries a name or a date. Tell us at enquiry stage whether the engraving is identical across the order or varies per unit, because variable engraving changes the production setup and the schedule.

Can you hit a fixed event date?

Production runs 25 to 40 days after artwork sign-off, and shipping adds transit time depending on the destination. Give us the event date at the enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing whether the schedule holds before you commit. If the date is tight, we will say so rather than take the order and hope.

Will the games pack down for storage between events?

Yes. Block sets ship with a wooden carry crate, ladder golf folds flat, and the smaller games pack into cartons. If a programme moves between sites, tell us and we will spec the packaging around transport rather than around display.
