Direct answer

Waffle Games, the trading name of Yunhe Waffle Games Co., Ltd., holds third-party test reports for its main product families. Cornhole sets and large tumbling timbers were tested from 7 to 10 April 2026 to ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, 16 CFR 1500 and 1501, and California Proposition 65 by a CPSC-accepted laboratory, Lab ID 1651; the report numbers are UP260407304 and UP260407303. Football board sets were tested from 19 May to 1 June 2026 under the same programme plus 16 CFR 1303, report UP260519236. All three passed. The manufacturing plant completed a SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar audit on 10 October 2025, audit reference ZAA600159832, with no findings in child labour, forced labour, discrimination, working hours or freedom of association. FSC certified timber is available on request. ISO 9001 is not currently held. The reports and the audit were both raised against the same plant in Yunhe, Zhejiang, which runs five CNC routers, three UV print lines and its own finishing and packing lines on a 5,000 m² site.

Product test reports

These are the reports that US customs and retail compliance teams ask for first. Each one is a factory test report, not a self-declaration. The report number is the key: any buyer can quote it to the laboratory and confirm that it exists and covers the product named.

Report UP260407304Cornhole set. Tested 7 to 10 April 2026. ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, 16 CFR 1500 and 1501, California Proposition 65. Result: pass, age grading 8 years and up.
Report UP260407303Large tumbling timbers (giant tumble tower). Tested 7 to 10 April 2026. ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, 16 CFR 1500 and 1501, California Proposition 65. Result: pass, age grading 8 years and up.
Report UP260519236Football board set. Tested 19 May to 1 June 2026. ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, 16 CFR 1500, 1501 and 1303, California Proposition 65, CPSA. Result: pass, marked 8 years and up, with the laboratory recommending 3 years and up.
LaboratoryUP Technology Service (Ningbo) Co., Ltd, a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory, Lab ID 1651, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.
Scope of each reportMechanical and physical tests, flammability where applicable, heavy metals and lead in surface coatings and substrates, and phthalate screening under CPSIA.
Cost to youReports are shared at no charge once we are working together on a quotation or a sample.

What each standard covers

If your compliance team needs to know which requirement each line satisfies, this is the mapping we work to.

ASTM F963-23The US toy safety standard. Covers mechanical hazards, sharp edges and points, small parts, surface coating limits and stability for toys intended for children 12 and under.
CPSIAThe Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. Covers total lead limits in substrate and surface coatings, phthalate limits in accessible plastics, and the requirement that children’s products be tested by an accepted third-party laboratory.
16 CFR 1500 and 1501Federal hazardous substances and banned hazardous toys. Covers the small parts regulation and the electric toy provisions.
16 CFR 1303Ban of lead-containing paint on certain consumer products. Applies to the printed and coated surfaces on our boards.
California Proposition 65California’s chemical warning requirement. Assessed within each report against the listed substances relevant to wood, coatings and inks.
Children’s Product CertificateA CPC is issued by the importer or brand owner who puts the product on the US market, not by the factory. We supply the underlying test report and the manufacturing detail your compliance team needs to issue one.

SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar factory audit

This is a social compliance audit of the plant, not of a product. Buyers with a supplier code of conduct ask for it before they will place a first order.

Timber, sustainability and what we do not hold

We would rather be precise here than impressive. Two lines below are things we are asked for but do not carry today.

FSC certified timberAvailable on request. When a buyer’s specification or a retailer’s packaging claim requires FSC material, we source certified timber through the supply chain and pass the chain-of-custody documentation on. The plant itself does not hold an FSC chain-of-custody certificate, and we do not claim one.
ISO 9001Not currently held. Quality control runs to a documented inbound, in-process and final inspection routine, and third-party inspection is welcome on any order. If a retailer requires ISO 9001 as a condition of supply, certification can be arranged.
BSCI, SA8000, WRAPNot held. Our social compliance evidence is the SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar audit above.
EN 71 and CENot held as standing certificates. Available on request for European programmes where a buyer needs them.
Panel and material testingFormaldehyde and material-level test reports for the panels used in production are available on request.

The company behind these documents

A test report and an audit only mean something if the manufacturer behind them is real and visitable. This is the entity the reports and the audit reference point at.

How to verify any of this

Four ways to check our claims without relying on our own website.

Quote the report number

Give UP260407303, UP260407304 or UP260519236 to UP Technology Service (Ningbo) Co., Ltd and ask them to confirm the report, the product and the result.

Check the laboratory

CPSC-accepted laboratory Lab ID 1651 can be confirmed against the CPSC list of accepted third-party testing laboratories.

Pull the audit on SEDEX

Ask your compliance team to look up reference ZAA600159832 on the SEDEX platform. The site reference is ZS414855829.

Book an inspection

Send your own third-party inspector to the plant, or ask for a live video walkthrough of a production run. Both are welcome at any stage of an order.

Certification questions buyers ask

Do you hold a Children’s Product Certificate for your products?
No. A CPC is issued by the importer or brand owner who places the product on the US market. What we hold is the factory test report from the CPSC-accepted laboratory, which is the document your compliance team needs in order to issue the CPC in your own name. We also provide the product and manufacturing detail that the rule requires on the certificate.
Can you test a product to a standard that is not in your current reports?
Yes. Reports so far cover cornhole sets, large tumbling timbers and football board sets. New programmes are tested to the standard your market requires, at the same CPSC-accepted laboratory, before the bulk order ships. Testing is arranged per order and quoted with the production price.
Is the SEDEX audit current, and were the findings closed?
The most recent audit was completed on 10 October 2025 and is a periodic re-audit, so it sits inside the normal SEDEX cycle. Two findings were closed on the day of the audit. Four remain tracked in a corrective action report covering first-aid supplies, warehouse stacking distance and two living-wage documentation items. Your compliance team can confirm the current status of each action directly on the SEDEX platform.
Which standards do the conformance numbers on this page relate to?
ASTM F963-23 for toy safety, CPSIA for lead and phthalates, 16 CFR 1500 and 1501 for banned hazardous toys and small parts, 16 CFR 1303 for lead in paint, and California Proposition 65 for listed chemicals. Each is covered in the mapping table above.
Do you hold ISO 9001, BSCI or SA8000?
No, and we say so plainly rather than leaving it ambiguous. Our quality evidence is the documented inspection routine plus the third-party test reports, and our social compliance evidence is the SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar audit. If a retailer makes ISO 9001 a condition of supply, we can arrange certification before the order.
Can we see the actual PDFs before placing an order?
Yes. Email jeric@waffle-games.com with the product you are looking at and we will send the matching report. Reports are shared at no charge once we are in a quotation or sampling conversation, and the full SEDEX report is released under NDA.

Ask for the report before you ask for the price

Tell us the product and the market you are importing into. We will send the matching test report and the audit summary first, then the quotation and a digital mockup within 24 hours.
