What to include so we can quote in one go
Buyers who send these six things usually get a firm price on the first reply instead of a round of questions.
Product and size
Regulation 4 × 2 ft board, tailgate 3 × 2 ft, a complete set with bags, a giant tower or an accessory. If it is not on the site, describe it.
Quantity
Our minimum order is 100 sets. Tell us your first order and your expected annual volume, it affects both price and how we schedule capacity.
Artwork or colours
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) or Pantone codes. If you only have a logo as an image, send it and we will tell you what we can reproduce.
Packaging
Plain export carton, printed mailer box, or retail-ready with barcode and shelf layout. Tell us if it ships to Amazon FBA, prep is part of the job.
Delivery terms
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, or DDP door-to-door in the US. If you have a destination zip code, DDP pricing gets more accurate.
Timeline
When you need the goods in hand. Samples take 3 to 7 days and production 25 to 40 days, so a peak-season order is best placed 4 to 6 weeks early.
