How a wholesale order works
- Brief and quote: tell us the product, quantity, artwork and destination market. Pricing and lead time usually follow within one business day.
- Free digital mockup: send a vector logo or a Pantone code and you usually see your artwork on the product within one business day, before you commit.
- Physical sample: after you confirm that you want to proceed with sampling, samples take 5 to 7 days.
- Deposit and production: 30% deposit by T/T, then 25 to 40 days of production depending on order quantity. Each order is inspected before shipment, and photos or an inspection report are available on request.
- Shipping: FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF, or DDP door to door in the US, including delivery to Amazon fulfilment centres. The 70% balance is paid against the bill of lading.
